Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture is required.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in landscape design and/or design-build sales.
• Proven ability to manage a full consultative sales cycle independently.

• Source, consult on, design-concept, and close design-build landscape sales.
• Conduct on-site client consultations translating vision into design concepts and proposals.
• Develop accurate, profitable estimates and proposals preserving margins.
• Maintain a personal sales pipeline in Aspire with CRM discipline.
