Job summary

Premier Service is seeking a hands-on Design Build Sales professional to generate design-build landscape sales across high-end residential, golf course, and commercial properties. You will consult with clients, translate site conditions into compelling concepts, and close deals.

You will develop design concepts, prepare profitable proposals, and manage pipelines in Aspire, maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring project handoff to execution teams is seamless.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture is required.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in landscape design and/or design build sales across high-end residential, golf, and/or commercial landscape work.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a full consultative sales cycle independently, from first client consultation through signed contract.
• Solid technical design skills: site design, planting design, hardscape design; working knowledge of grading and drainage principles as they affect design feasibility and cost.
• Proficiency with design/presentation software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Dynascape, or comparable tools).
• Comfortable operating within an EOS environment and a CRM-driven Aspire sales process.

Responsibilities

• Personally source, consult on, design-concept, and close design build landscape sales across high-end residential, golf course, and commercial landscape clients.
• Conduct on-site client consultations, translating client vision and site conditions into a compelling design concept and proposal.
• Develop accurate, profitable estimates and proposals, protecting Premier Service's margin targets.
• Build and manage a personal sales pipeline in Aspire with full CRM discipline — from lead through signed contract.
• Meet or exceed an annual personal sales goal, with compensation tied to gross margin dollars generated on closed work.
• Build referral relationships with high-end residential clients, golf course superintendents and boards, and commercial property managers to reduce reliance on paid marketing leads over time.
• Participate in weekly pipeline reviews and sales coaching with the Director of Design Build Sales.
• Hand off sold projects cleanly to project management and field teams, staying available through early execution to protect design intent and client experience.
• Represent Premier Service's brand and Client Experience core value at every touchpoint, from first site visit through project completion.
