Great Lakes Landscape Design Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate to drive growth through building and expanding relationships with residential and commercial clients. You will manage accounts across design-build and bid-based projects, deliver proposals, and maintain high levels of customer service.

Responsibilities include achieving sales quotas, conducting site visits, and using CRM to track leads while collaborating with production teams to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifikationen

• At least 5 years industry experience and 2 years sales experience.
• Proven ability to meet $1 - $2M annual sales goals.
• Valid driver’s license.

Aufgaben

• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Generate sales in snow removal, lawn maintenance, and landscape design/build services.
• Prepare and deliver accurate contract proposals, bids, and agreements.
• Create material takeoffs based on design plans to support proposal development.
• Present and pitch landscape services to prospective clients, highlighting tailored solutions.
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships across residential and commercial projects.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and gather feedback for enhancements.
• Proactively manage a portfolio of client properties and ensure ongoing satisfaction.
• Attend weekly sales meetings to coordinate strategy and share updates.
