Torrco Design Center Stamford is seeking a Design Center Sales Consultant to assist homeowners, designers, contractors and trade professionals in selecting premium kitchen and bath fixtures. You will guide clients through product selections, quotes, orders, and follow-up, ensuring exceptional service throughout the sales cycle.

Join a full-time showroom team focused on building long-term relationships and delivering an outstanding Torrco Design Center experience for every client.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of consultative sales experience preferred in luxury kitchen/bath or design.
• Excellent relationship-building and customer-service skills.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities; comfortable with CRM and Office.
• Interest in premium products and design trends.

Responsibilities

• Lead consultative sales conversations to understand client goals and budgets.
• Recommend and sell premium fixtures for kitchen and bath.
• Manage projects from selections to order completion and follow-up.
• Track orders, communicate proactively, and resolve issues with clients.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to move orders smoothly.
• Maintain a polished showroom reflecting Torrco Design Center experience.
