Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Associates degree in design preferred.
• Previous showroom or retail sales experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Availability to work Saturdays.
• Comfortable learning new products and technology.

Responsibilities

• Guide homeowners through kitchen or bathroom renovations with design assistance and product selection.
• Collaborate with designers, architects, builders, plumbers, and contractors through the project cycle.
• Identify opportunities for additional sales with related product recommendations.
• Develop new customer relationships and showcase products and services.
• Maintain up-to-date pricing lists and catalogs; ensure product knowledge is current.
• Educate customers on product features, benefits, and options to enhance purchasing experience.
