Job summary

Rayner is seeking an Advanced Technology Specialist to partner with Territory Managers and drive premium intraocular lens sales in the US. This clinical liaison will educate surgeons, support launches, and reinforce Rayner's leadership in the premium IOL market.

Based in Atlanta, GA, you will develop clinical expertise, train teams, coordinate evaluations, and work with Marketing and AVP Sales to deliver high-quality medical education and case studies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience selling intraocular lenses.
• Understanding of the premium IOL market in the US.
• Understanding of biometry, lens calculations, and patient selection.
• Experience selling into private healthcare environments.
• Experience managing a KOL/ophthalmic surgeon network.
• Desirable: Degree level education.

Responsibilities

• Drive and achieve the sales target for the premium IOL portfolio in the US.
• Upskill and support Territory Managers in their commercial effectiveness.
• Educate and support accounts, surgeons, and KOLs directly.
• Lead the premium sector through extensive knowledge of Rayner and competitor premium IOL technology.
• Support and drive clinical expertise across private sector groups in line with US strategy.
• Plan, coordinate and implement clinical evaluations to ensure clinical acceptance of Rayner product range.
