The role blends consultative selling with trust-building, presenting cabinet refacing, painting, new cabinets, and remodeling options, and earning 8–12% commissions based on performance.

Qualifications

• Experience selling high-ticket products or services.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Ability to build trust quickly and ask for the sale.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners in their homes for scheduled consultations.
• Discover the client’s needs, priorities, style, budget, and decision process.
• Present cabinet refacing, painting, new cabinet, and remodeling solutions.
• Build clear, professional proposals.
• Communicate value, quality, warranty, process, and timeline.
• Confidently present projects ranging from $5,000 to $100,000+.
• Ask for the sale in a professional, consultative way.
• Follow up with prospects consistently.
• Maintain accurate CRM notes and pipeline updates.
• Protect pricing, margin, and brand reputation.
• Collaborate with production and design teams to ensure a great client experience.
