Job summary

Kitchen Tune-Up is seeking in-home specialty remodeling professionals for the role of a PT Designer/Sales Consultant. You will run 2-4 appointments (initial estimate) per week, presenting to homeowners and building custom quotes.

The position is 100% commission with unlimited upside, and paid training at $26-$30 per hour. You’ll work with a locally trusted team backed by a national franchise system with over three decades of history, focusing on learning our products and processes to achieve

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong negotiating skills.
• Able to work in homeowner environments.
• Flexible schedule including some evenings and weekends.
• Reliable transportation and a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations and sales presentations.
• Take measurements and prepare diagrams and quotes.
• Follow up to close sales and secure orders.
• Coordinate with the franchise owner to ensure accurate cabinet orders.
• Support customers throughout the project lifecycle.
