Kitchen Tune-Up Greater Salt Lake is seeking an In-Home Kitchen Design Sales Consultant to meet homeowners in their homes, discover needs, and present cabinet refacing, painting, new cabinet and remodeling solutions. You’ll build professional proposals and guide clients through pricing discussions with confidence.

This role emphasizes trust-building, consultative selling, and precise CRM maintenance while safeguarding margins and brand integrity.

Qualifications

• Experience selling high-ticket products or services.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to build trust quickly.
• Comfortable discussing large project investments.
• Excellent follow-up discipline.

• Ethical, coachable and customer-focused.
• Cabinet knowledge is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners in their homes for scheduled consultations.
• Discover the client’s needs, priorities, style, budget, and decision process.
• Present cabinet refacing, painting, new cabinet, and remodeling solutions.
• Build clear, professional proposals.
• Communicate value, quality, warranty, process, and timeline.
• Confidently present projects ranging from $5,000 to $100,000+.
• Ask for the sale in a professional, consultative way.
• Follow up with prospects consistently.
• Maintain accurate CRM notes and pipeline updates.
• Protect pricing, margin, and brand reputation.
• Collaborate with production and design teams to ensure a great client experience.
