Kitchen Tune-Up Inc. is seeking an in-home sales professional with experience in kitchen and bathroom remodeling. The role offers a generous commission structure, performance bonuses, and the opportunity for advancement within a customer-focused, employee-owned culture.

You will travel to residential homes to assess needs, present solutions, and close sales, using our proven process and design software to render plans. Strong communication and results focus are essential.

Qualifications

• In-home sales experience in kitchen/bath remodel space.
• Proven revenue and profitability knowledge.
• Positive attitude and high energy with strong work ethic.

Responsabilités

• Conduct in-home sales using consultative process to discover client needs and propose solutions.
• Gather project information and present solutions within client investment range.
• Create renderings of kitchen/bath remodels using design software and prepare proposals to close sales.
• Maintain client communication throughout the process and follow up after project delivery.
• Attend weekly sales team meetings and coaching sessions as needed.
