Kitchen Tune-Up is seeking an In-Home Kitchen Design Sales Consultant to join our Salt Lake/Northern Utah territory, meeting homeowners in their homes to uncover needs, present premium cabinet solutions, and close sales with a consultative approach.

The role emphasizes trust-building, discovery, and professional proposals, with base plus commissions and a realistic first-year earning potential of $100,000+ and $150,000+ in year two+.

• Comfortable discussing large project investments.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to build trust quickly.

• Able to handle objections without discounting too quickly.
• Able to work with homeowners and couples.
• Interest in kitchens, design, remodeling, or home improvement.
• Experience in home improvement/remodeling is valuable.
• Cabinet knowledge helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners in their homes for scheduled consultations.
• Discover the client’s needs, priorities, style, budget, and decision process.
• Present cabinet refacing, painting, new cabinet, and remodeling solutions.
• Build clear, professional proposals.
• Communicate value, quality, warranty, process, and timeline.
• Confidently present projects ranging from $5,000 to $100,000+.
• Ask for the sale in a professional, consultative way.
• Follow up with prospects consistently.
• Maintain accurate CRM notes and pipeline updates.
• Protect pricing, margin, and brand reputation.
• Collaborate with production and design teams to ensure a great client experience.
