Job summary

Hard Rock Hotel New York is seeking a proactive Concierge to assist guests with dining, entertainment, transportation, and other services during their stay. You will greet guests, provide personalized recommendations, and coordinate with multiple departments to ensure a memorable visit.

The role requires strong English communication, excellent customer service, and knowledge of local venues. Evening/weekend availability and hospitality experience are valued, with a focus on Amplified Service.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Hospitality Management or Communication recommended; or an Associate Degree with 2+ years concierge experience.
• Experience as concierge in 4-5 star international hotel group preferred.
• Proven customer service experience and English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with dining, entertainment, transportation, and other services.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of area restaurants, bars, shows, concerts, and events.
• Handle incoming/outgoing packages and coordinate with other staff.
• Log activities in concierge management systems and run daily reports.
• Greet guests and provide directions, solutions, and personalized recommendations.
• Coordinate with Front Office and Guest Attendants for seamless guest experiences.
