Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of front office, reservations or revenue experience.
• Ability to read instructions, perform basic math, and communicate clearly.
• Experience with room inventory, rate accuracy, loyalty program transactions and guest folios.

Responsibilities

• Supervise room inventory and guest accommodation coordination.
• Administer loyalty program transactions and guest folio management.
• Support Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering and Reservations with smooth operations.
• Reconcile transactions, cash out and maintain balanced bank at shift end.
