Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent
• Ability to read and write English
• One year guest service experience
• Casino Food & Beverage experience preferred
• Valid Food Handler's Card, Liquor License, and IGC Badge required

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide outstanding customer service.
• Supply all food items needed to maintain efficient operation.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of kitchen, service areas, and equipment.
• Transport food from kitchen to service areas and assist chefs.
• Assist in dishwashing and ensure adequate dishes and utensils are available.
• Monitor temperatures and ensure food safety standards are followed.
• Support beverage areas and manage restocking of supplies.
• Assist in setting up for events and maintain guest satisfaction.
