Levy Restaurants in Seattle on-site at Lumen Field seeks a Premium Administrative Assistant to support the Premium Management Team and ensure efficient operations. This role contributes to exceptional guest service and upholds high standards in catering and suites.

Ideal candidates are organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about hospitality, food, and retail, with at least 1 year of administrative experience and strong computer skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
• High level of computer literacy and comfort with digital tools.
• Demonstrated passion for hospitality, food, and retail.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Premium Suites and Catering teams.
• Prepare all Edikio cards for catering and suite events.
• Assemble and distribute accurate catering lead packets prior to events.
• Create, proof, and distribute both digital and printed menus for catering spaces.
• Post suite sheets and ensure all materials are current and correctly displayed.
• Proofread and edit guest-facing materials to maintain brand and quality standards.
• Enter catering consumption sheets into digital systems for sales tracking.
• Accurately use all applicable Levy systems for administrative and operational functions.
• Collaborate with other departments to support seamless event execution.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
