Elder Ford of Tampa is seeking an experienced Product Specialist to drive customer-focused sales and product demonstrations. You will engage customers, present vehicles, and guide them through a transparent write-up process in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, showcasing inventory, and coordinating test drives while maintaining CRM data accuracy and timely follow-ups. A strong communication mindset and basic math skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Automotive sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Efficient typing and accurate data-entry ability.
• Comfortable with computers, CRM systems, and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly, professionally, and courteously.
• Provide knowledgeable, compelling product presentations.
• Offer and accompany customers on vehicle demonstration drives.
• Prospect and develop new business continuously.
• Enter and manage customer information accurately in the CRM.
• Follow the Salesperson Daily Work Plan to maintain follow-up.
• Schedule daily appointments with prospective customers.
• Assist customers through a transparent, customer-focused write-up process.
• Maintain strong knowledge of inventory, pricing, and OEM incentives.
• Participate actively in daily sales and training meetings.
• Practice and refine core sales skills daily.
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the lot and showroom.
• Deliver vehicles to customers and ensure a premium delivery experience.
