Job summary

Elder Ford of Tampa is seeking an experienced Finance & Insurance Manager to join our high-performing team. This role leads F&I operations at a busy Ford store, delivering competitive financing and protection options with integrity.

You will collaborate with lenders, manage compliant paperwork, and drive strong production while maintaining exceptional customer service. A comprehensive benefits package and internal growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

2+ years of dealership Finance & Insurance experience required
Proven ability to deliver strong production results while maintaining compliance and customer satisfaction
Experience working with a variety of lenders and finance products
Automotive sales management experience is a plus
Strong closing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Self-motivated with a track record of achieving and exceeding goals

Responsibilities

Guide customers through finance and protection product options while delivering an exceptional customer experience
Present vehicle service contracts, GAP, maintenance plans, and other protection products with confidence and integrity
Build strong relationships with lending partners to secure competitive financing solutions for customers
Structure and submit finance applications through approved lender systems
Ensure all deal paperwork is accurate, compliant, and completed in a timely manner
Manage contract funding and follow up on lender stipulations and receivables
Maintain compliance with federal, state, lender, and dealership requirements
Collaborate with sales managers and sales consultants to maximize customer satisfaction and dealership performance
Participate in sales, finance, and leadership meetings focused on continuously improving results
Assist with customer engagement and support the sales team during peak business periods
Obtain all required licensing and certifications within 90 days of hire
