Job summary

Elder Ford of Tampa is seeking a Product Specialist to engage customers, present vehicles, and drive sales in a fast-paced setting. You will manage CRM data and coordinate demonstrations while building product knowledge and delivering a premium customer experience.

Qualifications

• Automotive sales experience strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Efficient typing and accurate data-entry ability.
• Basic math competency.
• Comfortable with computers, CRM systems, and digital tools (CDK Experience is a Plus!).
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly, professionally, and courteously.
• Provide knowledgeable, compelling product presentations.
• Offer and accompany customers on vehicle demonstration drives.
• Prospect and develop new business continuously.
• Enter and manage customer information accurately in the CRM.
• Follow the Salesperson Daily Work Plan to maintain follow-up.
• Schedule daily appointments with prospective customers.
• Assist customers through a transparent, customer-focused write-up process.
• Maintain strong knowledge of inventory, pricing, and OEM incentives.
• Participate actively in daily sales and training meetings.
• Practice and refine core sales skills daily.
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the lot and showroom.
• Deliver vehicles to customers and ensure a premium delivery experience.
