Job summary

HEI Hotels & Resorts is seeking an Outlet/Restaurant team member for Chateau Élan Winery & Resort in Georgia. You will assist the Outlet Manager and Servers in maintaining a clean, welcoming dining area and providing stellar guest service.

Responsibilities include clearing and resetting tables, stocking stations, serving beverages, and transporting dirty tableware for cleaning. Must meet attendance expectations and be able to lift up to 50 lbs; prior hospitality experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of appropriate table settings and service ware.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with or without accommodation.
• Ability to move or push up to 150 lbs with or without accommodation.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Clear dirty table settings quickly and reset tables.
• Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods.
• Serve beverages, bread, and butter and replenish as needed.
• Transport dirty tableware to dishwashing area for cleaning.
• Comply with attendance rules and be available regularly.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
