Qualifications

• Hotel/food service experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and carry trays up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to work with guests and adapt to different audiences.
• Reliable attendance and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Set up and deliver all food and beverage orders per guidelines.
• Conduct floor sweeps and retrieve all trays to maintain sanitation.
• Service all VIP amenities and hospitality suites per policies.
• Complete shift side work and respond to guest needs.
• Handle cash according to policies.
• Report communications to shift supervisor.
