Job summary

Chateau Elan Winery and Resort in Braselton, GA is seeking a Restaurant Server Assistant to support the Outlet Manager and the restaurant team on-site.

You will quickly clear tables, maintain station cleanliness, serve beverages and bread, and help with side duties while maintaining a welcoming guest experience. This full-time role offers tips eligibility and a benefits package through HEI Hotels and Resorts.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the appropriate table settings and service ware.
• Ability to grasp, lift and/or carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to move or push goods up to 150 lbs.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt communication style to suit different audiences.

Responsibilities

• Quickly clear dirty table settings and prepare tables for resetting.
• Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods with necessary equipment.
• Serve guests with beverages, bread, and butter and replenish as necessary.
• Transport all dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area for proper cleaning.
• Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.
