Job summary

Chateau Elan Winery & Resort in Braselton, GA, seeks a professional Server to provide guests with exceptional service and a memorable dining experience. You will take accurate orders, input into POS, and deliver meals with attentiveness, while adhering to alcohol service rules and maintaining station readiness.

Qualifications

• Must maintain professional appearance and manner at all times.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards, guest relations and etiquette.
• Ability to remember, recite and promote the menu items.
• Ability to transport large trays weighing up to 30 lbs through a crowded room.
• Ability to operate keyboard and learn POS procedures.

Responsibilities

• Check station before, during and after shift for proper setup and cleanliness.
• Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner and explain specials/promotions.
• Record details of the order and repeat to ensure accuracy.
• Input orders into the POS and inform the kitchen.
• Deliver orders with condiments and verify accuracy.
• Abide by all alcohol service regulations.
• Replenish beverages and promote desserts/coffee.
• Present and close out checks per restaurant procedures.
• Be available to work regularly and perform any other duties.
