Job summary

Chateau Elan Winery & Resort in Braselton, GA is seeking a friendly Food Runner/Busser to support the dining room team. You will quickly clear tables, set up service ware, and help servers provide guests with beverage and bread service.

This on-site full-time role requires physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and push a cart up to 150 lbs, plus reliable attendance and clear communication with supervisors and colleagues. Perks include hotel, spa, golf, and food & beverage discounts through HEI.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the appropriate table settings and service ware.
• Ability to grasp, lift and/or carry, or otherwise, transport up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to move or push goods on a hand cart/truck weighing a maximum of 150 lbs.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Clear dirty table settings quickly and reset tables.
• Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods.
• Serve guests with beverages, bread, and butter to begin their dining experience and replenish as necessary.
• Transport dirty tableware to the dishwashing area for cleaning.
• Adhere to attendance rules and be available to work regularly.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
