Job summary

Chateau Elan Winery & Resort in north Georgia seeks an Outlet/Restaurant Service Associate to assist the Outlet Manager and servers and to help maintain a clean, welcoming environment while delivering stellar guest service.

You will clear and reset tables, stock stations, serve beverages and bread, move dirty dishware to the dishwashing area, and support attendance and reliability. This role involves teamwork across shifts and a focus on guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the appropriate table settings and service ware.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to grasp, lift and/or carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to move or push goods on a hand cart/truck weighing up to 150 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Quickly clear dirty table settings and prepare table for resetting.
• Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods with necessary equipment including silverware, linen, and condiments.
• Serve guests with beverages, bread, and butter to begin their dining experience and replenish as necessary.
• Transport all dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area for proper cleaning.
• Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.
• Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.
