Responsibilities

• Deliver food items to guest tables, ensuring correct dishes reach the right seat.
• Clear away used items and monitor water glass levels, refilling as needed.
• Replace silverware and restock the runner station to keep it clean and organized.
• Assist kitchen staff to ensure proper plating and accurate delivery according to tickets.
• Be familiar with menu items and ready to answer guest questions.
• Adhere to restaurant policies, safety standards, and security practices.
• Attend briefings and trainings as required.
