Job summary

Toca Madera Scottsdale is seeking a Food Runner to help deliver hot dishes from the kitchen to guests, maintain smooth flow between front of house and kitchen, and assist servers as needed. You will help guests enjoy a high‑quality dining experience with timely, accurate service.

The role requires at least 6 months of similar experience in fine dining or full‑service environments, good English communication, and the ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of similar experience in a fine dining restaurant or full-service environment.
• Able to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 35 lbs and stand for the duration of shifts.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team, with clear English instruction.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hot food to guests, identifying each item and ensuring orders are fulfilled correctly.
• Maintain a high level of customer service for guests and clients.
• Keep a safe and clean work environment by following health and safety guidelines.
