Discovery Land Company is seeking a Food Runner for Makena Golf & Beach Club on Maui. The role involves timely delivery of food and beverages, clearing and restocking, and assisting kitchen staff to ensure accurate plating and service to members and guests.

Candidates should have a high school diploma and at least 3 months in a fine-dining or high-volume setting. HACCP knowledge and state food safety certification are preferred, with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ months experience in fine-dining or high-volume environment.
• Knowledge of HACCP and local food safety standards; State Food Safety Certificate.
• Excellent attention to detail and service.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• English proficiency; additional languages preferred.

Responsabilités

• Deliver food items to guest tables and ensure correct placement.
• Clear dishes, glassware, and silverware; monitor water glass levels.
• Restock runner station and assist kitchen staff as needed.
• Explain menu items to guests and answer questions.
• Adhere to food safety, cleanliness, and safety standards.
