Job summary

Tao Group Hospitality is launching two new venues at Hotel Cala Tampa. The Event Server provides elevated service for private events, ensuring guest satisfaction and smooth operations in collaboration with Captains, Venue Management, Culinary, and FOH teams.

Ideal candidates have banquet or event experience in high-volume, fine-dining settings; strong communication and professional appearance; and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Banquet or event experience in a high-volume, fine dining or upscale hospitality environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and polished demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Provide elevated food and beverage service during private events, corporate functions, and venue activations.
• Execute passed hors d’oeuvres, plated meals, buffet service, and beverage service to standard.
• Maintain knowledge of menus, ingredients, and dietary restrictions; assist with event setup/breakdown.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas; communicate with team to ensure smooth execution.
• Follow food safety, sanitation and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
