The ideal candidate will manage production and collections, drive new patient referrals, optimize scheduling, and develop front-office and clinical-support staff while representing the practice to high-net-worth patients and referring providers.

Qualifications

• Experience in a cosmetic/high-end practice or concierge setting.
• Polished, articulate communication for high-net-worth patients and referring providers.
• Strong ability to read P&Ls, manage budgets, and track KPIs.
• Proven track record of driving office growth and performance.
• Leadership and coaching of front office, treatment coordination, and clinical support staff.

Responsibilities

• Own the office's financial performance including production, collections, and EBITDA/budget targets.
• Drive new patient growth and referral development for a cosmetic/high-end patient base.
• Manage scheduling efficiency, provider utilization, and case acceptance workflows.
• Lead, coach, and develop front office, treatment coordination, and clinical support staff.
• Ensure a polished, high-touch patient experience reflective of a premium practice.
• Partner with Regional Manager on reporting, KPI tracking, and growth initiatives.
