Qualifications

• Experience in a cosmetic/high-end practice or concierge setting.
• Polished, articulate communication for high-net-worth patients and referring providers.
• Strong ability to read P&Ls, manage budgets, and track KPIs.
• Proven track record of driving office growth and performance.
• Leadership and coaching of front office, treatment coordination, and clinical support staff.

Responsibilities

• Own the office's financial performance including production, collections, and EBITDA/budget targets.
• Drive new patient growth and referral development for a cosmetic/high-end patient base.
• Manage scheduling efficiency, provider utilization, and case acceptance workflows.
• Lead, coach, and develop front office, treatment coordination, and clinical support staff.
• Ensure a polished, high-touch patient experience reflective of a premium practice.
• Partner with Regional Manager on reporting, KPI tracking, and growth initiatives.

We are seeking an experienced, polished Office Manager to lead day-to-day operations at our high-end cosmetic dental practice.

Led by Dr. Cary Goldstein, a third-generation dentist, our practice combines a rich history of dental excellence with advanced cosmetic and restorative dentistry. Dr. Goldstein’s passion for dentistry and expertise as an award-winning cosmetic dentist are reflected in our commitment to providing every patient with exceptional, personalized care. Our fee-for-service practice is known for excellent dentistry and a spa-like atmosphere, creating an experience where both patients and team members can feel comfortable and valued.

Conveniently located in Sandy Springs, we proudly serve patients throughout Northeast Metro Atlanta, including Buckhead, Brookhaven, Sandy Springs, Dunwoody, and Northeast Atlanta. Goldstein Dental Center, 4320 Roswell Rd NE, Sandy Springs, GA.

Position Summary

This role requires a professional, articulate presence suited to a premium patient experience, along with the operational and financial acumen to drive sustained growth and performance across the office.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the office's financial performance, including production, collections, and EBITDA/budget targets
• Drive new patient growth and referral development specific to a cosmetic/high-end patient base
• Manage scheduling efficiency, provider utilization, and case acceptance workflows
• Lead, coach, and develop front office, treatment coordination, and clinical support staff
• Ensure a consistently polished, high-touch patient experience reflective of a premium practice
• Partner with the Regional Manager on reporting, KPI tracking, and growth initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience, ideally in a cosmetic, high-end, or concierge setting
• Exceptional communication skills — polished, articulate, and comfortable representing the practice with high-net-worth patients and referring providers
• Strong financial literacy: comfortable reading P&Ls, managing budgets, and tracking KPIs
• Proven track record of driving office growth and performance
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Experience with Denticon practice management software
• Experience in a multi-provider or multi-specialty setting

Hours: M-F 8-5

Salary $65,000-$70,000 based on experience.
