Qualifications

• Experience in cosmetic/high-end or concierge setting.
• Excellent communication with high-net-worth patients and referring providers.
• Strong financial literacy: reading P&Ls, budgets, and KPIs.
• Proven track record of driving office growth and performance.
• Leadership and team development skills.
• Experience with multi-provider or multi-specialty settings.

Responsibilities

• Own the office's financial performance, including production, collections, and EBITDA/budget targets.
• Drive new patient growth and referral development specific to a cosmetic/high-end patient base.
• Manage scheduling efficiency, provider utilization, and case acceptance workflows.
• Lead, coach, and develop front office, treatment coordination, and clinical support staff.
• Ensure a consistently polished, high-touch patient experience reflective of a premium practice.
• Partner with the Regional Manager on reporting, KPI tracking, and growth initiatives.
