• Maintain SOPs and ensure consistent billing, intake, and clinical workflow.
• Oversee revenue cycle, ensure proper coding and upfront payments.
• Collaborate with AI assistant Sarah to ensure smooth patient inquiries and handoffs.
• Lead front-desk and support staff, manage onboarding and performance.
