Job summary

CBRE is hiring a Concierge to assist guests, customers, and tenants with business and personal needs within a designated building. You will arrange reservations, transportation, and local recommendations, delivering exceptional service as part of Workplace Experience.

The role emphasizes customer service excellence, security procedures, and cross-team collaboration to support CBRE's objectives and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years of job-related experience.
• Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to explain complex concepts or sensitive information.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational skills with a master-level inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for all those entering the facility.
• Record and log service requests and track the statuses; provide admin support as needed.
• Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities for the requester.
• Deliver world-class customer service to all individuals in the facility.
• Build and maintain a database of local business recommendations.
• Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures.
• Acknowledge inquiries or complaints and provide solutions in a professional manner.
• Resolve complex problems and help the team meet its objectives.
• Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values to guide the team.
