Job summary

Compass Group USA's Levy Club at Fiserv Forum seeks a VVIP Club Supervisor to oversee front-of-house operations for elite guests, VIPs, and corporate partners, delivering premium service.

You will lead a team of up to 15 staff, coach for luxury standards, manage guest lists and seating, and coordinate with back-of-house during events.

The role requires 3+ years in luxury hospitality with strong communication, proficiency in MS Office, and willingness to obtain ServSafe Alcohol within 60 days.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in luxury hospitality, food & beverage, or fine dining environments; leadership experience preferred.
• Knowledge of upscale food, wine, beverage, and service standards.
• Ability to communicate professionally via email and phone.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with guests and team members effectively.
• Willingness to obtain ServSafe Alcohol Certification or equivalent within first 60 days of employment.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily food and beverage service before, during, and after events to ensure smooth, efficient service.
• Ensure proper setup, presentation, and cleanliness of club area.
• Lead and motivate a front-of-house team of up to 15 staff including servers, bartenders, hosts, and attendants.
• Be the expert on menus, offerings, pricing, and service standards reflecting premium brand standards.
• Foster and grow beverage program and oversee training and beverage offerings.
• Coordinate with back-of-house operations and manage guest lists, seating, and requests.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and ensure exceptional guest experience.
