Job summary

Tennessee Titans Llp is seeking an Account Manager for Club Memberships to deliver best-in-class service to Premium Club Members during the Nissan Stadium transition and opening.

You will manage high-value client relationships, execute service strategies, and support membership processes including ROFR and presale access for luxury Club spaces. The role requires relationship-building, organization, and comfort in a fast-paced, high-touch environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• 2+ years in customer service, premium hospitality, or sales.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with CRM systems; SeatGeek is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain an assigned portfolio of Nissan Stadium Club Members with focus on retention and loyalty.
• Establish relationships with Members through in-seat visits, events, and exclusive experiences.
• Educate Members on Club offerings, amenities, policies, and stadium operations.
• Support presale and ROFR processes for Club Members.
