The Tennessee Titans are seeking a dynamic Account Manager, Club Memberships, to deliver a best-in-class experience for Premium Club Members and support ROFR and presale processes for Nissan Stadium. You will manage relationships with high-value clients, coordinate exclusive events, and serve as a primary on-site contact during events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.
• 2+ years of experience in customer service, premium hospitality, or sales.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ticketing systems.
• SeatGeek experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain an assigned portfolio of Nissan Stadium Club Members with focus on retention and engagement.
• Establish relationships with new Club Members through high-touch, personalized interactions.
• Educate Members on offerings, amenities, policies, and stadium operations.
• Support presale and ROFR processes for Club Members.
• Meet and exceed retention, renewals, engagement, and membership performance goals.
• Address member inquiries via phone, text, email, chat, and social media with professionalism.
• Maintain accurate client records in SeatGeek CRM.
• Coordinate exclusive Club Member events and serve as on-site contact for clients.
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings.
• Support on-event member experience and engagement on event days.
• Assist with additional stadium events as needed.
