Sodexo Live! seeks a Director of Premium for the new Tennessee Titans Stadium in Nashville.

You will lead premium seating, luxury suites, exclusive clubs, VIP guest services, and the team serving premium members and guests. Responsibilities include directing luxury suite operations, developing strategic plans to grow revenue, mentoring managers, and collaborating with culinary and beverage teams to tailor guest experiences for each event.

Qualifikationen

• 4–6 years in food and beverage or hospitality management.
• 2+ years leading premium or luxury services in a stadium, arena, or large-scale event venue.
• Experience budgeting, forecasting and revenue optimization.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, service standards and compliance.

• Lead and oversee all premium seating, luxury suites and VIP guest services.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance suite services and drive revenue growth.
