• Some leadership exposure or the desire to grow into a team lead role

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through available options with a consultative approach and encourage next steps
• Listen carefully, document client information accurately and thoroughly
• Work toward personal KPIs and contribute to team performance
• Handle objections calmly and redirect toward solutions while keeping momentum
• Coordinate handoffs between internal teams to maintain a seamless client experience
• Follow up with clients to ensure momentum and prevent gaps
