• Document client information accurately and thoroughly.
• Work toward KPIs and contribute to team performance goals.
• Handle objections calmly and redirect toward solutions while maintaining momentum.
• Coordinate handoffs between internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Follow up with clients to maintain momentum and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
