Job summary

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales plans and communicate the mission to staff.
• Train and develop staff to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Supervise staff to achieve sales standards and ensure customer focus.
• Monitor stock levels and manage cash handling and POS procedures.
• Maintain store standards for cleanliness and compliance.
