Job summary

Lindt USA in Elizabeth, New Jersey is seeking a Store Manager to lead our premium chocolate experience, drive sales, manage staff, and ensure best-in-class customer service in a fast-paced retail setting.

The role requires hands-on leadership, experience in retail, strong communication, and the ability to balance people, products, and profitability while maintaining Lindt brand standards. Evening and weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, preferably specialty retail.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Experience using a POS system.
• Proven sales or customer service background.
• Demonstrated success in a management role.
• Basic math computation skills.
• Strong communication with customers and team members.
• Prioritization and time management.
• Ability to delegate and execute through others.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales budgets.
• Provide superior customer service and brand presentation.
• Develop and coach store staff to Lindt standards.
• Maintain inventory integrity, cash handling, and loss prevention.
