Job summary

Lindt USA in Stratham, NH is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily store operations, drive sales and deliver a premium in‑store experience. You will model Lindt standards, train staff, and ensure customer delight through product knowledge and service excellence.

Responsibilities include achieving sales plans, inventory control, cash handling, and compliance with QA policies. Requires a high school diploma and prior retail experience; must work nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Proven sales background
• Ability to take direction and delegate and execute through others
• Basic math and/or accounting skills

Responsibilities

• Sales: meet or exceed sales plans and contribute to district sales goals.
• Staff Development: train sales staff and ensure knowledge of products and brand representation.
• Operational Controls: maintain stock levels, cash handling, QA compliance, and store cleanliness.
