Job summary

Lindt USA is seeking a Chocolate Advisor to join our premium Lindt Chocolate Shops across the United States. You will help create an engaging in-store experience through product knowledge and exceptional service, driving store sales and ensuring customer satisfaction.

You will handle daily sales tasks, stock shelves, and maintain store standards while promoting Lindt programs. Availability for nights, weekends and holidays is required and compensation is $15 - $16.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Ability to interact positively with customers.
• Basic math and/or accounting skills.
• Ability to take direction and execute work effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide high levels of customer service and product knowledge to meet sales goals.
