Job summary

Lindt USA is seeking a Chocolate Advisor to create a premium in-store experience for customers across our shops. You will help drive sales, maintain store standards, stock and price products, and uphold quality and service expectations.

Qualifications

• Ability to interact positively with customers.
• Basic math and/or accounting skills.
• Ability to take direction and execute work effectively.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed individual sales goals (ADS, conversion, etc.).
• Model Lindt standards in dress, upselling and focus.
• Ensure operational standards and controls are followed; cash handling and stock.
• Maintain store cleanliness and price accuracy.
• Follow QA policies and procedures.
