Job summary

Lindt USA is seeking a Chocolate Advisor to create a premium in-store experience at Lindt Chocolate Shops across the U.S. You will engage customers, share product knowledge, and help drive sales while upholding brand standards.

The role requires a motivated, customer-focused individual who can work nights, weekends, and holidays. Retail experience is preferred; training is provided. Compensation ranges from $16 to $17 per hour, with potential bonuses and incentives.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales plans through excellent customer service and product knowledge.
• Uphold the store's sales mission daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals such as ADS and conversions.
• Model Lindt standards through attire, up-selling, and sales focus.
• Promote current marketing programs and use company resources to optimize selling activity.
• Escalate customer or product issues to management promptly and professionally.
