Lindt & Sprüngli (USA) Inc. is seeking a Chocolate Advisor to enhance the in-store experience and build customer relationships with premium Lindt products. You will apply product knowledge and engaging service to help customers feel welcome and informed.

The role requires availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and meeting sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to interact positively with customers.
• Basic math and/or accounting skills.
• Ability to take direction and execute work effectively.

Responsabilités

• Sales: contribute to store sales plans with high levels of customer service and product knowledge.
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators.
• Model Lindt standards in dress code, up-selling, and sales focus.
• Promote current marketing programs and utilize resources to optimize selling activity.
• Monitor and elevate customer or product issues to management in a timely, professional manner.
• Maintain store cleanliness and comply with Quality Assurance policies.
