Lindt USA is seeking a Chocolate Advisor to join our retail team in the U.S. You will deliver premium in-store experiences, share product knowledge, and support customers with a warm, informed approach.

The role emphasizes teamwork, sales goals, and brand alignment across Lindt shops nationwide. The position requires availability for nights, weekends and holidays, with compensation described as a base hourly rate plus potential bonus incentives.

Qualifications

• Basic math and/or accounting skills.
• Ability to take direction and execute work effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest levels of customer service, product knowledge and Lindt selling skills.
• Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
• Model Lindt standards in dress, upsell and sales focus.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organize shelves; assist with stock and pricing.
• Ensure compliance with Quality Assurance policies and procedures.
