Job summary

Lindt USA is seeking a Chocolate Advisor to create a premium in-store experience for customers, using product knowledge and a passion for the Lindt brand to delight shoppers.

You will drive sales, maintain store standards, assist with merchandising, cash handling, and daily housekeeping, and be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Starting pay ranges from $16 to $17 per hour, with a bonus potential, reflecting market rate and location.

Qualifications

• Ability to interact positively with customers.
• Basic math and/or accounting skills.
• Ability to take direction and execute work effectively.

Responsibilities

• Consistently contribute to the store's ability to achieve or exceed weekly, monthly, annual sales plan by providing the highest levels of customer service, demonstrated product knowledge and Lindt specific selling skills.
• Demonstrate personal commitment to achieving store's targets by consistently promoting current marketing programs and utilizing company provided resources intended to optimize selling activity.
• Cash Management (POS, Paperwork, Vendor Logs, Policies & Procedures)
• Take initiative to re-stock shelves as needed, monitoring date codes and pricing.
• Perform store maintenance & cleaning as directed.
• Maintain store cleanliness.
