Lindt USA is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead an in-store team and deliver a premium Lindt experience for customers. You will drive sales, uphold brand standards, and motivate staff to provide excellent service.

The role emphasizes sales execution, staff development, and strict operational controls, with duties spanning training, process adherence, and ensuring store readiness during nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Proven sales background required.
• Ability to take direction and effectively delegate and execute through others.
• Basic math and/or accounting skills needed.

Responsabilités

• Sell and meet/exceed store sales plan and KPIs.
• Train and develop staff on Lindt standards and sales techniques.
• Maintain operational controls including inventory, cash handling, QA procedures and store cleanliness.

High School Diploma or equivalent
