Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to take direction and effectively delegate and execute through others
• Basic math and/or accounting skills

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed weekly, monthly and annual sales plans and contribute to district targets.
• Supervise staff to achieve sales goals and key performance indicators.
• Uphold Lindt standards, including dress code and upselling.
• Monitor stock levels and prevent stockouts/overstocks.
• Train and develop sales staff per Lindt guidelines.
• Support inventory controls and day-to-day store operations.
